HEALING Therapies to relieve chronic pain & stress
Relaxation Massage
A relaxing pressure combined with Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, and more to release muscle tension.
Traditional massage may also be combined with Reiki, Cranial Sacral, or Lymphatic work to offer you the best overall experience.
manual lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic work is very light - the focus is on moving lymph (fluid) from under the skin, so the pressure isn’t deep enough to move the muscle. This work is wonderful for people who live with general swelling or fluid retention, lymphedema, low grade lipedema, nerve pain, anxiety, those who need to boost their immune system, and more.
This treatment is also beneficial for some patients who have previously undergone or are currently undergoing cancer treatments. This includes those who have had lymph nodes damaged or removed.
Reiki
A mixture of touch & no-touch energy healing in which you receive a flow of universal life force (energy).
Reiki healing is wonderful for those seeking to speed up healing, enjoy deep relaxation, relief from headaches &/or body pain, deepen meditation, relief from anxiety/depression, & more.
There is no one specific outcome or feeling after receiving Reiki. Some people feel extremely relaxed & may fall asleep during the session. Others have intense energy blockages and may feel jittery. Some feel cold while others feel warmth. Some people feel tired & may have a headache a few hours after the session. Others have the most energy they’ve had in a while.
Every body is different & has different health issues (mental, physical, & emotional). The ultimate goal is to balance all of your chakra points throughout the body to encourage healing of the mind, body, & spirit.
Cranial sacral therapy
This technique is very gentle. It releases tension and strain patterns from within the fascial system of the body. This service uses light pressure along the entire body, but mainly consists of work from the skull to sacral spine area.
It is performed with the client lying fully clothed on the massage table. At the end of the session, you may feel increased energy, freedom of movement, mental clarity, and pain relief. Results can be immediate for some people, but may take a few sessions for results to become clear for others.
