should I talk or stay quiet during the massage?

You do whatever makes you comfortable! If talking eases your anxiety..then we can talk as much as you’d like! If you prefer soft music and a quiet massage, then I’ll keep talking to a minimum.

I’m pregnant- can I book a massage?

I am not certified in Prenatal Massage, therefore I am not accepting Prenatal Massage clients.

Should I eat before I get my massage?

Yes and no. If you have blood sugar issues then please eat something prior to getting your massage. It is recommended to give yourself an hour or more between your meal and the start of your massage.

For some people, the increased circulation combined with food digestion may cause nausea, a headache, or an upset stomach.

Should I shower before my massage?

Yes! I understand that you will be having oil and lotion massaged into the skin and may prefer to shower after the massage. However, in order for me to provide the best service possible your skin should be clean and exfoliated. Bacteria can be spread through touch, so please be sure to shower after a workout, sauna session, or any activity that caused you to sweat before your massage.
